Nextpractice-Forum
nextpractice is responsible for the editorial operation of, and the provision of impulses for a platform called “nextpractice-Forum für Führung und Arbeit im Wandel” (nextpractice-Forum for Leadership and Work in Flux). The platform is intended to help the development of inter-company concepts for the future of leadership and work, in order to meet the complex requirements of our highly networked and rapidly changing world. In order to meet this demand, the platform provides four different functional areas which, combined, ensure the networking of the platform users and the communication between individuals (PEOPLE), offer professional and impulse contributions with mutual reflection (IMPULSE) and best practice examples and prepared learning content (LEARNING) and, finally, enable an interest-driven, in-depth exchange of ideas and professional collaboration in virtual project groups, using modern project management tools (PROJECTS).
