At nextpractice, we put special emphasis on studying changes in workplaces and management practices. With the support of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, nextpractice has conducted nationwide value studies on Good Leadership and Work 4.0 in recent years, as part of the New Quality of Work Initiative (INQA). This research has provided important stimuli for the development of a sustainable culture in the areas of leadership and work. In 2017, research findings were on prominent display at the G20 meeting of Ministers of Labour. The next value study, which will examine the issue of “cooperation” in this time of dynamic change and complexity, will be conducted in 2020. The results of a meta-analysis of our community studies from the past 10 years have been published as Next Germany, in cooperation with the Zukunftsinstitut (Future Institute).
